i’m dana leigh lyons, a doctor of Traditional chinese medicine.
Alongside clinical practice and Alchemist Academy, I write about sobriety and soulful living.
I completed my 5-year DTCM training in British Columbia, then passed herb and acupuncture boards in both Canada and the United States. I currently live in Nova Scotia but will be relocating to Cambodia in June.
Previously, I was an instructor and Dean of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, B.C., one of the largest acupuncture programs in North America.
I believe it’s important to show up fully—with kindness, without numbing or distracting. My values are woven into how I practice the medicine, my writing, and my online courses.
If you have questions about my work, please reach out! You can also “meet” me through my newsletter here.
